Webster defines commitment as "the state of being obligated or emotionally compelled." What are our obligations? What compels us? The people of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment are driven - truly and deeply driven - to inspire on behalf of, to celebrate and connect with, and to care for the natural world we all share. This means that we act within our parks to expand our guests' understanding of wildlife. It means that we send our people far afield and close to home to lend their expertise in wildlife care and management. It means that we act to help save the lives of animals in peril. It means we do our utmost to provide a nourishing home for the animals in our care.
Today, we cared for an injured animal. Today, we taught a child about the world around them. Today, we celebrated life, in all of its magnificent and powerful forms. Tomorrow we'll do the same.
