Permission is granted by Busch Entertainment Corporation for the Shamu TV satellite program to be broadcast for noncommercial use. The permission does not extend to copying for promotional purposes, creating new collective works, or resale. This program is free for classroom use and may not be used in programs where a fee is charged. Permission is granted to add captioning for the hearing impaired. Permission does not extend to the addition or deletion of any part of the program. The Shamu TV satellite programs may be rebroadcast or shown for three years from latest broadcast date.
