I'd be happy to answer your questions about animal training and becoming a trainer!
It's a terrific career, let me start with the basic requirements for SeaWorld Animal Trainers: 1. College degree - psychology or zoology preferred. 2. Strong swimming skills - you have to pass a pretty tough swim test! 3. Experience working with animals - could be as a volunteer at a vet's, or a zoo docent, etc. 4. Public speaking or drama background - you can't be overly nervous about the audience when you're working with a 5,000-pound killer whale! 5. CPR and SCUBA certification.
